Eatel Acquires Venyu Solutions, Inc.

Louisiana-based Eatel announced the acquisition of Venyu Solutions, Inc., a national provider of data center, managed hosting, cloud services, virtualization and data protection solutions. This is Eatel’s second significant acquisition in less than two years.  In 2012, Eatel acquired Vision Communications, a southeastern Louisiana telecommunications carrier which provides a broad array of advanced communications services including digital cable TV, high-speed Internet access, local and long distance voice, and commercial data services.
